if steward approved also still showing as same status but workflow log i got this error , may i know what is the reason may be?

Hi Bala,

I think there is some misconfiguration in the rule-based workflow steps configuration. For the same previous step and action, you might have configured two steps in which you have both user and non-user based steps. Secondly, since the Find agent and processor step might have failed the status of the cr might not have changed. Until a proper step is determined from the decision table the status of the cr remains same as the previous step. This is because, the change status step or the new status is identified based on the step resolution.
