Good day,
We are currently on BPC 10.1 for Microsoft.
We were receiving notification emails when changing work status, however we are receiving the below message recently:
The server rejected the sender address. The server response was: 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated.
Please assist.

The issue here is 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated which is coming back to SAPconnect (ICM) from the mail server stating that anonymous sending of emails is not enabled. You will have to contact your mail administrator to enable your mail server to accept mails from this system/client.

The " 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated " message came from the mail server.
You need to contact your mail server administrator why they sent it to the SAP side.
