Calculation Formula of RoU Asset

Hi Expert,

I'm new in RE-FX, I have the following inquiry

I would like to know how SAP calculate the Right of Use Asset in Contract and Lease Management (IFRS 16). Because with simple condition the following I found out the excel calculation and SAP is different.

My case is:

Contract 01.01.2019 TO 31.12.2019 ; Payment in Advance (Monthly) @ IDR 3,000,000

Please advice...

Hi,

SAP PV calculation is based on Int. Method assigned on Valuation Rule level. If you keep that Int. method blank in config, then it will take 360/360 by default.

Your excel PV, is looking like calculated compound, which can be done in SAP by using BAdi.

Thank you for your response. How can I find the formula for each Interest Method so I can understand and reproduce in Excel? I would like to understand that and explain it to my customer
