How to find for which STOs the outbound delivery has been created

Hi All,

I am working on a report on Material/Article details. We have an STO (stock transport orders) process with outbound delivery and then Goods Receipt. The report needs to find out whether for STOs the outbound delivery has been created or not. I tried looking into EKKO, EKPO and EKBE but there was no field which could confirm whether the outbound delivery has been created or not. I thought EKPO-ELIKZ will give that information but it does not. Please help.

Regards

Thanks Prasoon. What about the field EKBE-VGABE (Transaction event)? It seems this field can also be used. Transaction event=8 is for delivery and Transaction event=6 is for PGI. Is this ok?

Thanks a lot Prasoon and Nawanandana for your answers. It helps a lot. Definitely the EKBE-BEWTP (Purchase order history) field has the information. But i have a follow up question.

For the STO that I have created, i am getting 2 values - "U" and "L" for the line item 10 (STO has only 1 item). Why is that so? Just to be clear, after creating the STO, i created the outbound delivery through VL10B. Please help.

Hi,

BETWP = U refers to the material document of the delivery PGI. So if there is entry with BETWP = U, the PGI has been done for the delivery.

If there is only one entry exists in EKBE for the PO & item and if BETWP = L, then only delivery is created and PGI is not yet done for the delivery.

Hi,

You can very well find it out from EKBE. Pass the PO Number & item number to EKBE and check whether there is any entry with BEWTP = L. If there an entry, then the outbound delivery exists for the PO & item.
