Release Purchase Requisition in inbox using Business workplace

Hello,

I have a problem in workflow Release Purchase

The strategy is ok, beacause creating the document in ME51N work. But after save the document it does not "enter" in inbox Business Workplace.

Configuration release purchase requisition with workflow definition WS20000077 is similar to the purchase order (WS20000077) in workflow with rules, etc.

Can they help if it could be related to the rule, activation, code or something else?

• The Event linkage is ticked on in Transaction SWE2 for WS20000075 is activate
• Every users have SAP_ALL for now

Hi,

You have to find the MM consultant who customized the release strategy. The error clearly shows that agent resolution failed, you can simulate the rule with transaction pfac.

Hi,

I think problem is in Release Strategy if your are using all standard. Please share screenshots where you maintained agent based on released group. If any custom developlement involve, then check the agent determination rule.

I don't have developlement involve for now. About agent i send next images:

I have every Agent assignment with General task. I already put only the initial as general and the rest as "general forwarding not allowed" but also did not work.
