Just upgrade from ASE15.7 to ASE 16. Found that long running stored procedures are all very slow in ASE 16 than ASE15.7. Tried increasing default data cache and procedure cache but no help. Any other configuration I can change to improve performance.

You'll need to dig into the performance metrics of the procs in question to find out where the slowdown is occurring; once you've determined *why* a particular query(s) is running slowly you can then start looking at how to address the issue (eg, config changes). Without some idea as to *why* the procs/queries are running slow, any config changes are just guesses at this point.
