Missing OData Service in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE

Hello

We have a embedded Testsystem (1 single server = frontend components are installed on backend [EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 SPS08]). The Gateway Foundation Verion 750 is up-to-date. Some HR Fiori Apps still working.

Now we installed the UITRV001_300 (SPS01) Package (like described in https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F0409A')/W23). The activation of the ICF Nodes worked prety fine.

But we do not find the OData Service TRV_MTR_SRV0001 in /n/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE for the LOCAL System Alias for "Add Service". And it is not activated already.

We checked already this HowTo https://blogs.sap.com/2015/02/13/sap-fiori-ll18-system-aliases-definition-for-fiori/

Thank you for your help

W.

After contacting SAP Support they referenced us to the Note 2503938. After installing the minimum version EA-HR 608 SP 59 we can now find that OData Service now.

Check if your service is really registered in your backed using transcation

/n/iwbep/reg_service

Try to activate the service again using tasklist SAP_GATEWAY_ACTIVATE_ODATA_SERV and transaction STC01.

Andre

Searching with /n/iwbep/reg_service for TRV_MTR_SRV just give back the info "Service not available"

Activating the service with SAP_GATEWAY_ACTIVATE_ODATA_SERV gave the error "Service: TRV_MTR_SRV 1 not found" for the task step "Select OData Services for Activation"

Hi Wilhelm,

I converted your "answer" to a comment under Andre's answer, as it's clear you are replying directly to his answer. "Commenting" in a reply to an answer is the only way to automatically trigger a notification to the author of the answer that you have replied. If you just submit a new answer, Andre will not be notified.

We tried to install the package without the Support Package in hope that there might a problem. But the OData service is still missing.

Someone another idea what we can do?

Wilhelm
