SAP B1 Browser Access Service

Hi All,

I encountered error using Google Chrome and Firefox on Iphone, I cannot access the B1 Browser or Dispatcher.

I have this error:

while trying to invoke the method com.sap.security.saml2.lib.interfaces.bindings.RedirectPayloadDeflate.getSAMLPayload() of a null object loaded from local variable 'payload'

But when using windows it is okay.

Just to add, the server address and gatekeeper must be on IP address.

Thanks! I will try to observed it.

We tried to restart the dispatcher server and it is working in windows, android and IOS now.

It is very unusual since we can access the browser on windows and android.
