What is status "picking" in workflow, where is this task that I can not complete?

Hi,

As Anjan already mentioned, to me as well this does not seem to be related to SAP Business Workflow.

What transaction is this? Is this a CRM application?

Hi,

This is not Workflow or workitem status. This is the status of business Task details. Please try to find out business table rather than workflow tables.
