Hey Gurus

im trying to run Off-cycle activities for several employees and its my first time to use this tool, i have tried to follow the help document to perform the run however i keep getting this error :

first i get this message : No entry in the Variant table V_t52OCV

then i get this error message : Date specefication 01 does not exist for 99 00 01 2006 01

Hello Ahmed,

The first msg seems to be missing entry in table T52OCV for country grouping 99.

Normally the entry is like 99, CALC,RPCALCX0 ,SAP&OC

Please check.

ok now the off cycle is working fine, but i have a scenario however im unable to fully cover this scenario in the SAP system

The scenario is the following :

if the employee leaves on 15 june to 15 july as a vacation leave so he is to be paied the full amount for june and the 15 days from july so when he returns and the payroll runs for july only 15 days should be calculated for this period and paid for the employee.

Another thing is the ability to identify those who have returned from the leave on time and those who did not, if an employee is not there on the time specefied this will be an unpaid absense
