Exporting equipment data from custom tab

In our company we have a custom tab for a service that we are offering for equipments (IE02 etc) where upon data is is regularly updated. How can this data be exported to excel for a selection of items simultaneously?

For other standard fields it's possible to use IE05. There, also fields in the "Other" tab can be displayed if you use "Show classification".

It will depend on how the developers coded the custom tab and where the data is stored.

It could be in any of the tables described above and you can check there via SE16.

Otherwise you may need to contact your ABAP Team for assistance,

You could also try F1 on a field, then go to the Technical Information page (via the button) then sending us a screen shot.

A lot of this depends on how the tab was created. If they used the SAP exits then I found the view V_EQUI has just about everything.

Hi,

I would suggest checking the table level information because custom service tab fields might be included in standard tables.

Equipment Master Data: EQUI

Equipment Time Segment Information: EQUZ

Equipment Short Texts: EQKT

If the standard tables are not updating then check with technical team for further analysis.
