SAP C4C initial setup missing fields in work center for setting up sample data of "Almika"

Hi,

I just bought the license to access the C4C and try to follow the instruction from the email sent by SAP partner team to set up the environment.

The instruction said "unlock the pre-define business user in 'Application and User Management' work center". But all I got in the work center is "Business Configuration". I didn't find any clickable button for "Application and User Management" to continue the process. This is the first step of the setup and it is missing, I don't know how to continue next.

I wonder is there any steps I missed, or the environment I received is incomplete?

The access to Service Agent creation will be possible only after confirming the milestone ‘Scoping Completed’. To do so, complete the steps below:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to view Implementation Projects
3. Click on Edit Project Scope
4. Select the relevant scope and click Finish

After performing the above steps the status of the First Implementation project in the Business Configuration work center will be In Preparation . Now deploy the scope:

1. Go to Work Center Business Configuration
2. Go to view Implementation Projects
3. Choose Open Activity List
4. Open the activity Confirm Milestone: Design Accepted and check the Design Accepted box, then click Confirm
5. Close the activity
6. Close the activity list

A message is displayed in the middle of the Implementation Projects screen: “Confirm Milestone: Design Accepted in process”. Confirming the milestone can take up to 30 minutes to complete. Refresh the view periodically to check the status. Once finished, the message disappears; the Design Accepted milestone shows a green status and the First Implementation project status shows as Started. The initial user must log off and log back into the solution. Now he will have the Business Partners or Business Partner Data work center, depending on the SAP solution, in which he can add a service agent.
