RFF110S - Schedule Proposal and Payment Run

I would like to schedule the program RFF110S first as proposal run, second as payment run. Is it possible? If I create a job with two steps, the second job fails with the error message "run identification already exists"

(step 1) proposal run -> Identification DE_A1

(step 2) payment run -> Identification DE_A1

Any ideas?
