Value in Description field adjacent to a custom field shows incorrect description in MDG-M

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to display Description field adjacent to a custom field on MDG-M UI. I have successfully added Description fields for other custom fields by creating text tables for values tables used in data element, and they are working fine.

For one custom field when I select any value from F4 search help, incorrect description in getting populated in the adjacent Description field i.e. Description of default value 000 is getting displayed.

Please help.
