Po created with greater quantity than PR quantity at the time of auto po creation.

Hi Experts,

Need a urgent help,in my company the po created from pr automatically through batch job.But the po quantity is greater than the Pr quantity near double the amount.The pr quantity is some around 1809 pack but when it has converted to Po it has created with around 3600 pack.there is no manual intervention in the po.Could you please help me to know the reason or possible route cause for this issue.

Hi,

Please check the behavior when the same PR is converted to PO manually and let us know. There can be rounding profile in material master as well.

I again analysis and found that rounding profile had been maintained in MRP-1 view of the material master,which was causing the error.

Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Environment Data > Define Attributes of System Messages. There for message 06-076 change the category to "E"

Please check rounding profile in pruchasing info record.

To avoid this problem, please set error for message no 06076.

There is no info record for this po,but there is a agreement.User is asking the route cause of this issue.But when replicate in Quality all seems ok.
