Scheduling including Macro

Hi,

I tried to schedule (email) a BO Analysis report via BO Launchbad including a macro. But the macro isn’t execueted. When I manually refresh the document everthing is fine. But the runtime of the macro is to long. It would be great if there is an option, that the macro is also executed on the server and sends the formated report via email. Is this possible?

Hi Sateesh,

thanks for your answer. I need a macro to group the data with excel functionality and to hide empty rows between datasources on one sheet. At the moment I try to execute the macro when the user opens the document. This should work, so I had to pimp my macro a little bit ;-).

Hi Marvin,

Macro's are not support for scheduling ,please check here for more info .

You may need third party tools !. Can you let us know why macro is being used ? can that be achieved something within tool ? you may need to use Crystal Reports for pixel perfect formatted reports .
