Since Dec 2021 SAP is providing a public tool supporting in this kind of migrations, namely SAP Advanced SQL Migration tool. Check this community for further details about the tool:

SAP Advanced SQL Migration tool

There you will find a lot of documents, blogs, a tutorial and how to download it.

Don't hesitate to contact me if you need further help with the tool

I don't have a document, but I run the global technology program for the SAP Advanced SQL Migration tool, which supports migration from MSSQL Server to ASE. Unless you are an SAP Partner Edge partner, I cannot currently give you a copy of this tool. However, I am happy to run the conversion for you. What you need to do for this is reverse-engineer your MSSQL database, preferably using SQL Server Management Studio (if you have multiple databases, do it for each database individually). Contact me <my-first-name-DOT-last-name>@sap.com if you want to discuss further.
