OData service not working in Portal

I am able to access Odata service through Web-ide testing. But Odata services are giving HTTP 500 error while accessing app after deploying it into Portal site. I want to know if any additional configurations are missing.

Can you please provide more information - very difficult to try and work out where the problem is with the limited information you have included. Screenshots would also be helpful. Also helpful would be whether this is being performed via OData provisioning or a Destination at the subaccount level.

This could be any number of problems so if you can provide more information it will help the SAP Community members know more so they can help out.

I am able to access the below link:

But I am not able to access below link:

https://flpnwc-d8qhzfj067.dispatcher.eu2.hana.ondemand.com/sap/bc/bsp/bay0/XXX/start.htm

But If I add /sap/fiori/appname in relative path I am able to access to it:

https://flpnwc-XXX.dispatcher.eu2.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fiori/desttest/sap/bc/bsp/bay0/XXX/start.htm

Hi Naveen,

Are you using the same user to access the application from both the places ?

if the users are different, it could be because of missing roles.

Check and compare the request in Network tab in Chrome Console to identify the difference when accessed through webide and portal. This might help in identifying the root cause.

Also is the destination maintained in cockpit using a generic user or single Sign on is added for that ?
