Hi,
We have given the CCO manager access to different sales managers. Somebody is able to lock the passwords of all the manager IDs and I have to login with the admin login to release. How to prevent this.
Thanks and regards,
S.G.Sekar
Hello S.G.Sekar,
Just to make sure that I understood your scenario. This user access the CCO Manager and then locks the the password of other users. Is this the scenario?
If so, there are two options where you can block the access to the Users app in the CCO Manager:
1) In the CCO Manager, go to Roles > Select the role > Applications > Find the parameter "Users" and switch the value to "No"
This way you will block the role to access the app Users in the CCO Manager.
2) In the CCO Manager, go to Users > Select the user> Applications > Find the parameter "Users" and switch the value to "No"
This way you will block the specific user to access the app Users in the CCO Manager.

Hi,
The issue is that one of the CCO user is locking the password of other users again and again as all the users can lock password of other users in CCO. I want to know is there any setting to allow only the admin can lock other users not by all the users
Thanks and regards,

Hello S.G.Sekar,
By default, when an user enter 3 times the wrong password, the user is locked, but only the user who entered the wrong password.
You can define the password policies under: Configuration > Configuration >Security > Password policies.
If the CCO Manager is locking all the users, I suggest you to open an incident then SAP Support can analyze the issue.
If you are a SAP BusinessOne partner/customer, then you can create the ticket from
SAP Business One Portal: Component SBO-INT-CCO
If you are not using SAP BusinessOne, you can report tickets directly from the SAP Incident reporting system: Component IS-SE-CCO
