Internal Routing error in SOST while releasing email manual

Hi All ,

When sending a message it is failing with error status Cannot process message; no node determined for RECIPIENT". i did some changes finally getting error " INTERNAL ROUTING ERROR .please find the screenshot.

1. How to setting parameter SX_ROUTE_USE_CDG.

2. How to send/release email for particular user only not for all ( *)

3. Can i delete all user mail id''s in address area and enter mail id what i want send /release ?

3. How to disable or delete sender group (CDG)?
