SAP HANA Database Explorer: Error when trying to log on to Cloud Foundry region

Hello,

at the moment there seem to be a problem with using the Database Explorer inside the WebIDE. I get the following message when trying to log into the US10 with the explorer:

Response from the server:

If I modify the request and put the v2.10.13 into it as below, the response seems to be valid JSON relevant to WebIDE:

Is this a known issue at the moment? It does seem to be a result of some cloud environment update so the versions of the tools don't match. It works fine if I try to log into the EU10. I use a prod account, my db apps build without any problems though. The problem is only the Database Explorer. It worked fine a few hours ago with same settings in WebIDE.

Hi Anton,

Your analysis is correct. We are in the process of rolling out an upgrade to the Database Explorer across the CF landscapes and are currently seeing an issue when users attempt to connect to a CF region that has not yet received the upgrade from webide running in some neo regions.

Although we are working on fixing the root cause of the issue, it will be resolved automatically once the US10 region is upgraded, which is scheduled for tonight (US time).
