S4 Hana 1809...how to create initial stock in S4

We have our back office/plant not in S4 Hana. They are either in ECC or legacy system.

To all the Guru - can you please suggest the best way to create initial stock for sales order creation in S4?

We don;t want FI documents created however we wanted to accurately calculate the dates.

Hello Sandeep,

The standard way for having initial stocks is with movement type 561, to have an idea of how it behaves, you can use it in Tx MIGO. Now, depending on how the material type of the stocks you want to enable are customized, these can be valuated and therefore they will generated an FI document at the movement posting.

Thanks Oscar, this will be helpful if we have plant in S4 Hana. We may need to flush stock or create and reverse instantly.
