Sales orders are not visible in embedded ppds.

Hi Experts,

I'm very new to S4HANA 1809 embedded PPDS. We are presently facing an issue where sales orders created in S4 system are not visible in PPDS. Neither the planned orders generated by the sales order requirements are visible in PPDS. The setting to transfer sales order(and planned order) requirements is configured as marked in "Advance Planning: Settings for data Transfer.".

Please can someone help me to find out what exactly I am missing. I tried finding out for similar posts in the community, however, could not locate an exact answer to my question.

Hello Mr. Brahmankar,

Thank you for your reply. I checked SAP note 2617739 already yesterday before posting this and found everything in place in accordance to what the note suggests. In addition, I am a bit confused now over the following,

A. I did not need to create any integration model for the sales order I created first for the advance planning material and it appeared in product view when I cleared inbound queue.

B. I created some more sales orders, created/activated an integration model for the sales orders as suggested by you, however, they are still not visible in product view or in embedded PPDS. Nothing still can be seen in product view.

C. When I try to create the similar for planned order, it throws an error message saying "one or more selected object types can't be transferred", the detail of which says Sales orders/planned orders can't be transferred using an integration model.

Additionally, I am working in S4HANA 1809 and not 1610 or 1709. Does it make any difference to the data transfer to embedded PPDS?

Hello,

You need to resend all order that are relevant for embedded PPDS via the Report /SAPAPO/PPDS_DELTA_ORD_TRANS

2617739 - Orders are not send from S/4 to embedded PPDS (APO)

Create an integration model for the sales order in transaction CFM1

Activate the integration model in transaction CFM2
