Bar Code Scanner Cloud for customer not working by GTIN

Barcode Scanner of the app is not working. We have this error with the GTIN and the product exists in C4C:

The product exists with this GTIN (we have tried with these two possibilities of GTIN:

With Zeros 08414793562416

Without Zeros 8414793562416

The GTIN is properly registered in C4C:

When GTIN image is scanned, a number is read. Using this number as GTIN number, search is performed and in your case no results are found.

The reason for no result is, additional 0s added in integration logic/GTIN, the scanner doesn't search with additional 0s in GTIN.

Additional zeros are prefixed to GTIN, due to limited length restriction available in C4C. i.e. GTIN must have 8, 12, 13, or 14 digits.

Example: XXXXXXX is invalid and error “GTIN XXXXXXX not valid; it must have 8, 12, 13, or 14 digits” will be raised from BO.
Integration adds necessary number of zeros to makes all the GTIN to 14 digits.
