Difference in rounding value would happen due to many reasons like

  1. if you change any data at item level which is relevant for pricing
  2. line item contains batch split
  3. if the document has a pricing condition with different currency than document currency

and hence, it is always better to detail what the Business process is.

Have a look at OSS note 80183

Hi ,

Found the issue.

When invoice was created it has 3 line items and credit note had 1 line item.

In the invoice rounding happened at document level and added the rounding difference amount to highest value condition type, but in the credit only one line item is there so the need for rounding is not there in this, that is why rounding difference was not copied as it is.

Thanks for those who responded
