IOT Message Management doesnt load the Message types and Device Types

Hi,

The IOT MMS doesnt load my Message types and device types to make changes.

I get an error message as shown in pic and all my message types and device type are zero. where as i had 5 message types and 2-3 Devices. This happened in past and resolved itself. My SAP HANA DB is up and running not sure why.
