Error Code (0012) connection failed R3trans

I am getting error (0012) while executing command R3trans -d for connecting database to sap. Here, I am sharing r3trans.log. please advice me how could i resolve it. This is a new installation & no data is there. All the services are running & working. I am able to access only database thorough command level when executing command connect to database.

SAP: R3 46C

Database : DB2 8.1

Db2 V8.1 GA without any Fixpack . SAP kernel 4.6D. Whow ... this is old ...

Where did you find this stuff? I suggest that you consider an upgarde of everything ( OS, SAP, DB2 ).

As user db2sid try "db2set DB2CODEPAGE=819" , restart the database instance and try "R3trans -x" again.

I dont know why DB2CODEPAGE=919 in trans.log. I run "db2 get db cfg for GDB",and get "the Database code page = 819",GDB is my database name.And I run db2set and get "DB2CODEPAGE=819"

From the attached trans.log I see that DB2CODEPAGE is set to 919 (instead of 819). Please check the setting of DB2CODEPAGE variable in the shell environment of your user <sid>adm (gdbadm) which you use to execute the R3trans command.
