problem in the initialize delta update

hi,

we are trying to initialize delta for the FI ODS from R/3 prod to BW prod, the number of records selected is leser than the actual number of records.

also,if we check in the extractor checker by changing the update mode to F,(that is Initialize upload), for the data source,it gives an error.

what might be the problem.
