SPA/GPA memory overflow - user specific

Hi,

we have copied our system to new landscpae, basis (AIX, ...) is the same.

Now I have a problem with some users that SPA/GPA memory gets overflowed (error SET_PARAMETER_MEMORY_OVERFLOW).

Have done some tests, copied one user to a test user, give hin debugging rights. Now logged an complete new and started debugger to check SMEM - result is that SPA/GPA is full right from logon (saying available 32000, used global/local 31246/31246) --> full.

Same test with my user - available 3200, used global/local 13728/1356, so all fine.

Question now - how is this possible? SPA/GPA should be cleared with logoff? And why user specific?

Any ideas?

Thanks Michael
