Program RMCBNEUB is not updating info structure S031 for history data

Hi SAP MM Experts

We are executing program RMCBNEUB to update info structure S031 for history data. Consequently report MC.9 also does not show history data because it is not present in S031.

We executed program RMCBNEUB, but it gave error message "M2639 Date fields for info structure S032 are not generated"

To avoid message M2639, we executed program RMCBDATE, However on execution, no message is displayed. We re-executed program RMCBNEUB, still S031 is not updated.

Please advise how to update history data in infostructure S031, S032.

We were able to successfully update data in S031 , S032 tables which then appeared in output of tcode MC.9.

Steps followed were

1. tcode OMO9 : Mark radio button update against S031, S032

2. Tcode OMJI : Set radio button to exclusive block

3. Executed program RMCBMMAT & RMCBNEUB in production system when there were no material document postings.

Above steps were executed in Quality/Dev first.

We had already checked OSS note 2013347 before creating this query. However note is not helpful in resolving issue. It just mentions resolution as "After OLI2, please execute program RMCBDATE to update the date fields OR The relevant date fields will be updated in the next material posting."

We executed program RMCBDATE after OLI2. However we continue to get error message M2639 in subsequent execution of OLI2. Should we ignore this message in OLI2 ?

Our main requirement is to bring history data in MC.9, and towards that we are executing

program RMCBNEUB.
