IN S/4 HANA 1809, PLAUSIBILITY CHECK FAILED ERROR

IN S/4 HANA 1809 cant create a Business Partner through BAPI (standard), the business partner number range is 'internal' and customer master number range is 'external' and the If I try to create BP IN FRONT END it is created, but problem is cant create a BP trough bapi (backend). the error is listed below. kindly provide the solution
