Wrong forum, that has nothing to do with "SAP Electronic Invoicing for Brazil (SAP Nota Fiscal Eletronica)" but here it goes...
When you release a blocked invoice using MRBR, if you go to the invoice using MIR4 for example, navigate to the menu "Goto > Display CHange Documents", you will see who released the invoice via MRBR.
