How to create or use a questionnaire form for activities in SAP B1.
We have an employee who will call customers in sap for asking questions about their opinion of our company service , product, satisfaction rate etc.. that she need to record and save.
In the activity module we only see "content" to record or attachment tab.
what solution do sap b1 propose ? someone told me that an addon was created for that but i dont know
