Solman7.2 Best practices file export

Hi Experts,

Is there any way to export the Best practices from solution manager7,2 to Excel or other format?

Currently we were in SPS04 and not able to download the BPD from market place, we need to finalize the Business process hierarchy, before upgrading to SPS08/07.
