Lightweight add-on installation failed in the customer servers

Hi Experts,

I have created the lightweight add-on & tried to install the lightweight add-on on a customer's server, but it returns, Add-on xxx: Installation failed in SAP B1.

But this same lightweight add-on version works very well on my local machine.
I ran SAP B1 as an administrator, tried to install the add-on several times(I deleted the SM_OBS_DLL folder), but, It keeps showing: Add-on xxx: Installation failed in SAP B1.
Could you please help me with this issue.

Dear Mr. Chenna Gadicherla,

Since the extension deployment works fine on your local machine, it appears that the issue is caused by the corrupt/incompatible Client Agent version.

This issue can occur if the Client Agent is not upgraded successfully during the patch/version upgrade.

To eliminate this, we would ask you to upgrade the Client Agent. To upgrade the Client Agent, go to SAP Business One patch package (\Packages\Client\SAP B1ClientAgent Installation) and run "Setup.exe" file at this location.
