Where to find the information on tenant release?

Hi,

The SAP S4HANA Cloud is just upgraded to 1905, we would like to find the release information in our tenant. Can you please point out where to find it or which app is available for this? Thanks.

For a list of Apps available , please use the Fiori Apps Library
