Hi Venkatesh.
From the Trex admin console repair all the connection, or check the ECC system SM21 log any error messages

Hi Venkatesh.
1. During the time of SAP Trex installation it might have created two user id's SIDADM & SAPServiceSID, check both user id's are part of local administrator group?
2. Try to login in Windows server using the Trex SIDADM user id and then start the Trex admin console.
