CMS Track state inconsistent / component cahnged in SLD

I just created a new track, product and software component. I did "Update CMS" to load the latest changes from the SLD, and now another track shows a warning in the landscape configurator.

Mouseover displays "Track State is INCONSISTENT".

Changing to a different tab pops up a message saying "Component (.....) changed in SLD server". I click "confirm", but the warning symbol in the track remains and I get the popup every time I switch tabs.

I did "update cms" and a "restore system state". but the warning remains.

What do we need to do ??
