General error in site settings in Fiori Configuration Cockpit (trial account)

I'm opening a site in SAP Cloud Platform Portal (trial account).
When display or edit site settings "A general error occurred".

The request for UI5-versions (https://flpportal-s0007210784trial.dispatcher.hanatrial.ondemand.com/fiori/v1/UI5/versions?_=1557984362152) results with status code 500 (Internal Server Error). Therefore no SAPUI5 Versions are displayed and not possible to change the version.

The same problem occurres, when I'm creating a new site.

Problem exists since 3-4 weeks. Before the SAPUI5-Versions are displayed correctly.

Unfortunately , I am still getting the same issue.

Can you please suggest , if the fix is in progress or soem settting issues from my side?

I don't know if this is error or not (I am still getting this error in my trial account). But, whenever I open the UI theme manager, it just says "Please wait" while it takes forever to load. This issue is similar to the issue mentioned in

https://answers.sap.com/questions/12668162/theme-manager-not-working-in-sap-cloud-platform-tr.html

Are these problems related? Please let me know.
