(On Mac) Cannot Open PO attachments. < GET DATA FROM KPRO > <> and Error Message SO013

Hi Everyone,

I'm helping someone with a problem they're having. Last week, they could not open PO attachments. Instead, it would display error message <GET DATA FROM KPRO><> and Error Message SO013.

I thought this was a SAP Web GUI issue as they had a Mac and didn't install SAP. So after installing it on their Mac, they still get the same issue. They're able to open PO attachments fine on their desktop PC however.

Can anyone shed some light on what is going on?
