variant configuration with IPC interface

Hello Friends,

I am facing some unexpected situation with IPC interface.

When I go to check configuration of the material in VA02, there exist some inconsistency but I can see order status is REL and I can not see the status CONI(Incomplete configuration) there with order line item. In in-completion log, it shows order is incomplete due to line item 10 configuration. Even after that, I can still process the SD order by creating planned/production order and even create the delivery.

Could anybody suggest if there is something missing in configuration/master data or IPC side?
