Hi All,
while doing the consolidation, business asking that, Once we finish the consolidation they want to maintain some version1 and after making some changes in consolidation they want to maintain version 2.
In Other words before making changes they want to maintain once version and after making changes they want to maintain another version for consolidation.
Where and how we will maintain these.

Hi Rao,
one way would be to use two categories, you enter data on one, run the consolidation and then copy all data to the other category. You can then make changes and run the consolidation again.

Special category member is a standard solution. Why do you want another method?
I could think of at least one other but it would be more complicated. I would always use the category solution.
