Replication of Sales Activity from ECC to C4C using SAP HCI

Hello Experts,

We have created the Sales Activity in ECC and output of this sales activity is a call, printout or pdf document. We want to replicate this sales activity from ECC to C4C using SAP HCI Is there any standard mechanism or Iflow which we can use for the same? Also, if we can get any help on ECC outbound Idoc or web service which we can leverage for this replication? I just wanted to let you all know that we have found one standard iflow related to activity but this Iflow is different package and used replication from CRM to C4C not in ECC so we can’t use the same for our integration requirements.

Dear Bharath Raj

There is no standard integration scenario for Sales Activity Replication from ERP to C4C; however, you can build a custom solution in order to achieve this.
