Dear Expert,

We 've implemented CCO client version: 2.7.2. It allows negative stock in CCO client getting following error message in CCO Monitor.

999 - DI Error: (-10) Quantity falls into negative inventory [INV1.ItemCode][line: 2]-The di call #1 did fail.

is there any setting to block negative inventory in CCO Client.

Thanks & Regards,

silambu

Hi Silambu,

I dont think it is advisable to block this on CCO level. Why block a customer who wants to buy an item? I think this should be handled in the backend. Why does the backend has no quantity although the item is physically available?

Nevertheless if absolutely needed this could be done via plugin but would require a call to B1 whenever a sales item is added or quantity was changed et cetera.

Regards

Robert
