I guess you have always sove the issue, but for sure the correct connection string (in tx DBCO) is looks so:
MSSQL_SERVER=<server ip or name> MSSQL_DBNAME=<user name> MSSQL_SCHEMA=<schema> OBJECT_SOURCE=dbo
