S/C Line item buyer completion workflow. Is this possible?

Dear all,

We have a requirement to a enable line item buyer completion workflow process.

The scenario here is, a shopping cart could contain say 10 line items. One buyer is responsible for four out 10 lines and buyer is responsible for the other six lines. This is determined by the line item product category/purchasing group assignment.

Question

Is it technically possible to trigger two buyer completion workflows for the same cart?
