Selecting the project and build actually generates MTAR file which will be used for final deployment. It will look for all the dependencies, Configurations and service replacements which are defined in MTA.yaml file. It is like deployment to Central Space/QA space in the system using XS command line tools in general. But when you are doing the individual module build, it just a private build and does not check several dependencies. So it goes to the space the developer chosen to do the project.
So can you go through the modules, resources/Services and target replacements in MTA.yaml file and look for any error there.
