Hi Experts,
Are you aware of C4C service engagement centre build for interaction centre (CIC0)? Does any function in this engagement centre to replace CIC0, eg., confirm the customer with premise, POD etc and display customer related transactions/service order?
Can we use Service Ticket - Interactions in C4C as a replacement to Interaction centre in SAP CRM?
