Unable to assign number to Partner functions - Customer 100000 is not defined for function SP

Hello Experts,

I am trying to setup a customer in SAP (Basis 750), and I am running into the following issue.

Using T-CODE XD01, I am attempting to configure the Partner functions in the Sales Area for a new customer, however when I add the number I get the error:

Customer 100000 is not defined for function SP (table TPAKD):

Any thoughts on what I am missing in the configuration?

Hi,

I was able to get it working, SNOTE was 1233408 for an older version of SAP_ALL, 608, but I have 618.

It turned out that entries in Account Group - Function Assignment did not have the Partner function linked to the Account Group, creating these allows for partner function in XD01 to be populated correctly.

Thank you for your help

Did you try to analyze the issue from the long text what you posted? It is self explanatory. The required entry is missing in table TPAKD and the related transaction is VOPAN

Hi,

Long text does not give much more information:

In VOPAN I have the following entries (as highlighted):

Do I need to create an entry somewhere else?
