Data Archiving(NLS) with ADSO

Hi Experts,

Need information on followings ( SAP BW 7.5 SPS 10):

1. How to create the Data Archiving Process on field based ADSO.

2. The "Manage Archiving table" in ADSO manage show no options. How to create a data archiving request for ADSO.

3. Is there a way of doing a selective deletion on the data older than specific period. Like the requirement is to archive data only for 1 year. Data older than that should be deleted.

Please share detailed thoughts/documents on the above points.
